The supreme governing body of the faculty is the Faculty Council, which is elected for a term of five years in accordance with the Regulations on the Occupation of Teaching and Leadership Positions and the Election of Governing Bodies in Higher Education Institutions. 

The Dean of the faculty is the President of the Faculty Council, and the Vice-Dean serves as the Vice-President. 

The executive management of the faculty is carried out by the Dean, who is elected for a five-year term in accordance with the Regulations on the Occupation of Teaching and Leadership Positions and the Election of Governing Bodies in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Moldova, approved according to the established procedure.
