ICNBME continues the series of International Conferences in the field of nanotechnologies and biomedical engineering. The Conference aims at bringing together scientists and engineers dealing with fundamental and applied research for reporting on the latest theoretical developments and applications in the fields involved.
The conference program will consist of plenary/keynote lectures, invited sessions, oral and poster sessions, and exhibitions.

IC|ECCO is bringing together specialists and scientists from the ICT field, realizing that interdisciplinarity can create the premises for sustainable solutions.
The IC | ECCO conference unites the efforts of two ICT faculties of the TUM (FCIM and FET) being convinced that the topics of both can be treated jointly: Electronic systems (including embedded programming techniques); communication systems (including IoT); Automatics and robots; Computer science (including AI / ML); Software Engineering; Cyber security; Research and Education for the knowledge based society.

By organizing and holding the conference, the department of Socio-Human Sciences, tends to unite participants (educators, scientists, young researchers, students) from several higher education institutions from Moldova and the Ukraine: USM, USMF “Nicolae Testimițanu”, USEM, ASEM, IRIM, US “Alecu Russo” from Bălți, University of Cameneț- Podolsc in the name of Ivan Oghinenco and collaborators of A.Ș.M., in order to exchange ideas, highlight new trends and the latest achievements in different socio-humanitarian and technico-scientific fields of life.
