📝 How to participate
Submission is done in two steps via the OpenConf system:
- Complete the Make Submission form
- Upload your abstract (Upload File)
A submission ID will be sent to your email.
📌 Languages: English, Romanian, Russian, or French
📌 Presentation format: 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
📌 Participation: on-site or online (for international participants)
