During March 19–28, 2026, student Plămădeală Nicoleta, first year, Data Science study program, participated in the Erasmus+ training course “Creative Life Design Lab”, held in Zgierz, Poland. The activity was a complex educational experience, oriented towards overcoming the traditional learning framework and towards developing creative thinking and transversal skills.
The program brought together 17 participants from 7 countries and was structured around the Design Thinking methodology, emphasizing the development of creative confidence and experiential learning. The activities carried out had an applicative character, being oriented towards rethinking the way of approaching problems, generating innovative solutions and exploring individual development directions. In this context, creativity was approached as a competence that can be cultivated through practice, iteration and openness to experimentation.
An essential element of mobility was the intercultural dimension. The interaction between the participants, facilitated also by dedicated cultural evenings, contributed to the exchange of experiences and good practices, highlighting the role of international collaboration in stimulating creativity and innovation.
Participation in this mobility had a significant impact on the personal and professional development of the student, contributing to the consolidation of essential skills, such as adaptability, communication, teamwork and self-knowledge. The knowledge and experience acquired will be capitalized on in the academic course and in the active involvement in the Data Science study program community.
Congratulations on your involvement and performance! We are happy about the valuable experiences gained by our students within the international mobilities.
