General description

  • The Master’s Program in Biomedical Engineering is designed for graduates of long-duration university studies or bachelor’s degrees (in fields such as engineering sciences, health, natural sciences, exact sciences, etc.), offering professional training in clinical biomedical engineering. It prepares specialists capable of integrating into the modern medical environment and contributing to the enhancement of medical practices. Graduates will be equipped to work in research, design, and technical support within the medical field—whether in clinical settings or research environments.

The Biomedical Engineering profession, according to CareerCast.com (USA), was ranked 5th in the top 10 best jobs of 2015, based on factors such as income, development prospects, work environment, stress levels, and physical effort required. Biomedical engineers will play a crucial role in the fusion of medicine with technological advancements in the coming years.

Graduates of the Biomedical Engineering master’s program will have the necessary professional credentials to integrate at both national and international levels into medical institutions, research organizations, educational institutions, and government bodies, ensuring support for medical technology, medical technology management, and the development of medical devices. These are areas where there is significant demand for biomedical engineering specialists.
